| Appearance Features | 1. Cable & Jacket: Flexible black PVC outer jacket, multi-core multi-strand high-purity copper conductors, with excellent oil resistance, temperature resistance, and bending resistance. The cable surface is smooth, burr-free, and resistant to abrasion, aging, and environmental stress. 2. Connectors: P1 90-degree right-angle M12 connector with matte black nylon housing and silver-plated metal locking nut, designed for tight space installation. P2 SP13 quick-lock connector with blue threaded nut for easy tool-free connection. P3 straight M12 connector with standard locking mechanism. All connectors have reinforced heat-shrink strain relief at cable junctions. 3. Molding & Workmanship: Y-splitter junction is fully overmolded with black PVC, no exposed wires or loose connections. All housing surfaces have no deformation, scratches, bubbles, flow marks, or injection defects. Connector pins are straight, with no damage, peeling, rust, or misalignment. 4. Waterproof Design: All connector ends are equipped with food-grade waterproof silicone rings, meeting IP67 dustproof and waterproof standards, suitable for outdoor and harsh working environments. 5. Wire Markings: Clear color coding for all conductors, with pre-shrunk heat-shrink tubing at the bare wire end to prevent fraying. |
